WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON RYZÍ PRODUCTS?

Our products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural wear and tear, or incorrect care. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RYZÍ?

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid water, intense sunlight, alcohol, perfumes, solvents and other chemicals. Also avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects.

Store your RYZÍ in its dust bag, in a dry, ventilated place, without stacking other pieces on top of it.

For deeper stains or damage, we recommend seeking professional leather care. When in doubt, contact our team before trying any cleaning product or method.
