How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order and available shipping methods.

For international orders over R$ 2,200, shipping is on us. Any customs duties, import taxes or other local fees are the customer's responsibility.

As a general estimate, international orders may take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Your delivery time starts counting from the business day after your payment is confirmed.

Why can my delivery take longer than expected?

For international orders, customs processing times vary by country and may add extra time to the delivery.

What about custom or pre-order pieces?

Some pieces are made to order or available for pre-order and may have a specific production time. The estimated production and delivery time will always be indicated on the product page before purchase.
