DOES RYZÍ DELIVER THROUGHOUT BRAZIL?

The delivery service covers the entire zip code range registered in the national territory, according to the Correios coverage area. If any zip code is temporarily not served by the Post Office, the customer will be notified to collect their purchase directly from the nearest Post Office.

HOW DO I TRACK OR TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

After your order has been invoiced, you will receive an email. To monitor the tracking or delivery of your order(s), access the website and select the option: LOGIN, then enter your email and password. Then, click on the "My Account" and "Orders" option.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY TIME FOR THE PRODUCTS?

According to the CDC, the maximum period to indicate problems related to manufacturing defects corresponds to 90 days after the date of purchase.
Considering each occurrence in as much detail as possible, we reserve the right to reconstitute or not, failures caused by natural wear and tear or inadequate cleaning and conservation procedures.

HOW TO CARE FOR MY RYZÍ LEATHER HANDBAG?

Cleaning

Never use solvents, bleach, acetone, alcohol or detergents to clean leather. In case of mold, a dry flannel is enough to clean it. Don't forget to place them in an airy place. A slightly damp cloth is enough to clean the lining of the bags. Pull it out to make the work easier. Keep your makeup in a makeup bag, avoiding leaks or accidents that could dirty your RYZÍ inside. Never leave it exposed to the sun for a long time.

Irreparable Damage

Never get the leather wet, not even with rainwater, as it is a natural material and will become stained. Be careful with sharp objects, ballpoint pens and rough surfaces. They definitively damage the leather beyond repair. Light tones are naturally more sensitive and susceptible to stains. Therefore, avoid contact between light-colored bags, made of any material, and dark-colored clothing, which may pose a risk of staining the leather.
